The Transport & Logistics Co-ordinator will be responsible for cost effective routing and booking in deliveries for a fleet of 12 vehicles ranging from vans to artic lorries, working towards daily and weekly targets.
You will be the main contact in the office for all suppliers choosing to use our services and it will be your responsibility to deal with any issues that may arise.
Daily administration of our online system ensuring suppliers have visibility of the most up to date information.
You will work alongside the Transport Manger to ensure that all Drivers remain lawful and compliant, taking into consideration any feedback Drivers supply regarding routing.
You will also ensure that accurate information regarding charges, is passed on to accounts
Microsoft Office knowledge
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Strong geographical knowledge
Knowledge of CPC regulations and Driving Law
Must be a team player.
Competitive Salary dependent on experience
