We’re recruiting for a Tenancy Enforcement Officer based in Basingstoke. This is a full time, permanent role, working 37 hours per week.
As a Tenancy Enforcement Officer, you’ll deliver a high-quality tenancy enforcement service across a range of housing tenures. You’ll provide a customer focused, responsive service in anti-social behaviour cases & investigate potential tenancy fraud cases. As well as taking income cases to court & applying for ‘no access’ gas injunctions.
You’ll be a strong team player who’ll work closely with colleagues to support them with case management, offering advice and training when needed. You’ll also take witness statements, provide effective witness support, compile evidence and present your own cases in court.
You’ll have extensive experience in housing management, ASB or investigatory work. Together with a good knowledge of housing legislation and current best practice in ASB and tenancy fraud. This role is very customer focused, so you’ll need to have experience in working in a customer-centred environment.
The role will need you to be able to travel, so you’ll need a full current driving licence with access to a vehicle.
