Due to continued growth we are currently looking for a successful Telemarketer with a minimum two years experience to join our team in our relaxed friendly environment in Darwen.
As the ideal candidate you will have a solid telemarketing background with team leader/managerial experience or the desire to develop your skills into a more managerial function whilst maintaining your own active portfolio of active sales leads. Leading by example you will be generating appointments over the phone for our external Area Sales Managers creating a pipeline of opportunities to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Outbound calling to potential customers in existing and new markets
- Creating a pipeline of potential leads that result in an appointment for the commercial sales team
- Work with the commercial sales team to maximise the pipelines
- Follow up on all commercial quotes to get a definitive answer
- Manage the telesales team
- Review the teams performances on a regular basis
- Make sure all KPI’s are met - both as a team and individually
- Experience within an outbound calling environment, with previous knowledge allowing you to develop your team
- Ability to organise , plan and prioritize activities
- Positive attitude and desire to work within the company's core values
- To lead, motivate , train and inspire the team
- Adaptable and organised and using initiative at all times
- Knowledge and experience of using CRM system
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in building and growing a pipeline in new business, and generating appointments
Salary £23-25k per annum plus bonus
