A Telesales Executive is required to join a full service creative agency specialising in promotional merchandise / corporate gifts.
You will need to be a well organised and motivated individual, articulate and personable, who enjoys building profitable accounts with (mainly existing) customers. Your primary role will be dedicated to following up on quotations and developing customer accounts, along with maintaining accurate information in the company's CRM system. Customers range from micro companies through to large blue chip organisations.
This is NOT a cold calling role. The company enjoys a good web presence that attracts regular incoming enquiries.
You will need to be quick to understand customers' needs from a marketing perspective and will be an important link in a strong and experienced estimating & production team, providing you with the flexibility you need to successfully turn enquiries into orders.
Upon starting, full industry training will be provided to the successful candidate, both on the job and externally.
Education and experience: Preferably educated to a minimum of ‘A’ level standard or an equivalent relevant vocational qualification. Solid computer skills are essential, as is at least 6 months' experience in telesales in the marketing and/or creative sector.
