As corporate recruiter at IQ-EQ, take ownership of the total recruitment process including campus recruitment, actively building pipelines of candidates, contributing positively to our brand reputation through active social media engagement. Because of the complexity of our business you will engage with interesting international candidates. You will seek high performing talent and will do what it takes to have them on board.
There is a large variety of different recruitment-related ongoing projects, such as campus recruitment and relationships with study associations and universities, embedding our employee value proposition, participating in recruitment events, or monitoring and analysing our candidate pipeline in our ATS. Further you will discern insights,trends from information and data, and use them to identify opportunities for change that will deliver value and impact to the business. You will collaborate with our local HR team, business partners and the global HR talent team. You will participate on global projects, contribute to the overall direction and evolution of talent acquisition at IQ-EQ.
• 3-5 years recruitment experience, with a focus on accounting/implementation analysts within client and corporate services in financial services
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, ATS, internet searches
• Experience conducting (competency-based) interviews using the STAR method
• Experience using different recruitment channels, including social media
• Flexible, self motivated, minimal supervision
