Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to)

- Maintains and controls stock by location / type
- Picking stock in accordance to the production schedule
- Identifies low stock for purchasing stock replenishment
- Reporting of shortages caused by BOM inaccuracies
- Maintains Kanban / minimum stock levels for fasteners and fixings racks
- Ensures packing crates / consumables are available when needed
- Receipt of goods inwards materials / ensuring delivery notes match goods received.
- Reporting of incoming quality defects
- Identification of obsolete stock and appropriate stock disposition
- Occasional raising of PO’s
- Packing and shipment of spares items
- Maintains housekeeping standards by timely disposal of waste material

Experience and Skills

- Stock control
- Computer literate (excel)
- MRP (desirable)
- Dealing with Suppliers

Reports To

- Procurement and Stockroom Manager
- Interfaces with Sales, Production and Engineering


- 37 hours per week for 4-8 weeks and 25 thereafter (Monday-Friday, 5 hours per day)
