We are a fresh food kitchen focusing on the best and most exciting seasonal ingredients.

We need a Chef able to add a positive little something everyday. Fully hands on, Very Clean. Excited to learn & keen to raise standards.

This position will develop in to a Head Chef role for the right person.

We offer a 4 day working week of around 40-45 Hours (because we think that's nicer), 5.6 weeks holiday, £25k per year, Staff meals whilst on duty and a 25% Discount when you not. We understand the need for flexibility and will always try our best for the right person...

You will need your own transport.

Day to Day:
Working along side the Chef/Owner producing exceptional food from fresh seasonal produce.
Assisting in the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen and other relevant areas.
Adding creative ideas to our short daily changing menus.
Requirements:
A strong personal interest in working as a chef
High standards of personal hygiene and an ability to ‘work clean.’
Ability to work well within a team
