Based at Amesbury in Wiltshire, our company has grown over the past nine years to be the leading National supplier of EZGO Golf cars and Cushman Utility vehicles to a wide range of industries throughout the UK, not just Golf.
Due to their ongoing expansion strategy and strong growth, they are seeking organised, efficient, unflappable individual(s) to coordinate the Service, Parts and Warranty department.
You will need to be an excellent communicator both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail and follow through, coupled with competent IT skills in the Microsoft suite; training on the Company’s bespoke IT system will be given.
These challenging, interesting and varied roles are responsible for inbound customer enquiries for breakdown and service requests, and the work scheduling of currently, four mobile mechanics operating on a nationwide basis. A good understanding of UK Geography would be beneficial.
The role also carries responsibility for processing the Service Engineer daily work reports, and Warranty processing.
As joint interface for both our workshop and e commerce website, the successful applicant(s) will ensure parts orders are correctly processed, both through ordering and receipt whilst ensuring delivery to the correct business location.
Full time role Standard Hours of work are – 09.00 to 5.30. Monday to Friday.
Full product, service coordination and parts training will be provided.
