We are curretly recruiting for a Service Co-ordinator required to carry out admin duties in our busy office in Kent.
The ideal candidate:
- Good computer skills
- Be motivated
- Tteam player
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and to prioritise work-load as we are re-active to emergency call-outs and the needs of our clients
- Maintaining and creating spreadsheets
- Phoning customers
- Booking services onto our In-House System
- Creating quotes
- Emailing clients and suppliers
- Occasionally attending meetings with clients
Training will be provided.
Salary £17,500 per annum, increasing to £18,000 on successful completion of three month probation with an annual pay review.
