Due to expansion we are currently seeking Russian Speaking Business Development Managers to join our team based in Thatcham, Berkshire.

We are the fastest growing Oracle and SAP third-party software support and maintenance provider in Europe.

The role is to sell software managed support services in a ‘complex sales’ environment to the Russian Market.
The company has an internal telemarketing team that generate a significant number of leads per month and you will inherit a ‘warm’ pipeline of qualified opportunities to assist you in reaching your sales target.

Work will be approximately 40% office-based in Thatcham and 30% field based in Moscow and the other 200% travelling around the UK, so you must be available to travel to Russia for sales meetings. The overseas travel will consist of 3 day trips 3-4 times a year where you will meet with qualified potential customers

You will be expected to provide accurate sales forecasts and work professionally to predict deal closures using the Salesforce Forecasting system.

Required Experience:
- At least 3 years in field sales role
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Enterprise services sales background preferred
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Experience in working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
