Our client is a modern British & Continental brasserie in one of the finest locations in the UK. It sits on the beachfront of Langland Bay, one of the most renowned beaches in Gower, Swansea. Its unique setting sets it apart from any other restaurant in the area. With a newly refurbished restaurant and a heated deck just a pebbles throw away from splashing waves, customers enjoy dining al fresco.
They are looking for Experienced, hands-on Team Leader to join them.
The ideal Team Leader will have a strong background in Restaurants at manager or Supervisory level.
As a Team Leader you’ll consistently aim to help get the best from the restaurant, as well as your team. Leading by example, you’ll be passionate about customer service, and love great coffee. Guiding and developing your team to serve the best in food and drinks, you will ensure the seamless running of the restaurant by providing an excellent and highly efficient service to our guests.
Key requirements for the Restaurant Team Leader:
Have an hands on approach to the job and enjoy being on the restaurant floor is a must.
Work closely with manager to ensure all areas of business are running to the highest most efficient levels
Preferably have experience working in a similar role.
Knowledge of brasserie food and wine would be an added bonus.
Minimum of 2 years in supervisor or team leader is desirable
Running shift, deploying partners
Adhering and upholding health and safety and food safety
Spoken English language is a must
The Position is working 5 days a week.
