Our client is the Premier Vehicle Remarketing Centre in the South West. They are seeking a very capable individual to run a new product being offered which will enable refurbishment on vehicles prior to, or after, sale in conjunction with Vendors or Buyers requirements.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Identify opportunities on vehicles that would require refurbishment to include, wheels, PDR, wet repairs, glass replacement, Tyres, mechanics, Mops, valet upgrades, keys.
Engage with Vendors to increase revenue, in turn to improve grading of vehicles and help first time conversion rates.
Ensure that all work is captured and charges are entered onto the system via the job card, produce a system that checks for any possible leakage of revenue.
Produce a supplier list to enable all the work to be carried out efficiently and to the required standard. Ensure that each supplier is price matched to make sure the business is getting value in all work subcontracted.
Check all supplier invoices before approval for payment.
Meet with vendors and suppliers on a regular basis to review past work and seek new opportunities.
Produce weekly reports with revenue acquired and vendor feedback.
The ability to assist the Operations Manager with dealing with another of our products; Assured.
The ability to assist (should needs require) within the Inspection Bay.

This new role would ideally suit someone with both sales experience that also knows their way around a car, specifically refurbishment.
As well as basic salary there will also be an OTE scheme in place for the successful candidate.
