We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist & Events Coordinator to work as part of our vibrant team in the Sunderland office. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be capable of assisting with all of our internal events. The candidate will also be required to manage and maintain our CRM database accurately and provide an outstanding level of customer service.
• Proven experience as a receptionist
• Experience of event co ordination
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in managing diaries
• Ability to work with little direction
• Confident and professional manner
The salary for this role will be £17,000 - £18,000 dependent upon experience. The successful candidate will also benefit from 30 days holiday, flexible working and a good pension scheme.
This role is for a fixed term period of 6 months, with the opportunity to become permanent.
