Our client is a private hearing aid company, dealing with the hard of hearing and they are looking for a part-time Receptionist/Front of house to join their team working 2 days a week on a Monday and Tuesday 9am-4pm.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Excellent customer service skills
Possess excellent organisational skills and to be able to prioritise own and audiologists work
Able to display patience and empathy when communicating with people with a hearing disability
Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and able use own initiative
Knowledge of different types of hearing aids and accessories would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be required to speak to patients face to face, over the telephone including the maintenance and diary management of all patient appointments. You will be required to ensure appropriate stock management is maintained, produce weekly reports and maintain and be responsible for overall housekeeping of the branch.
