Our client, a Drylining and Plastering subcontractor based in Ruislip, are seeking to recruit an experienced, and hard-working Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis. Experience of working within the construction industry may be beneficial.
Reporting to the Director, duties of the role include:
- accounts preparation
- sales and purchase ledger
- credit control
- processing payroll
- bank reconciliations
- general administrative tasks
- assisting/training colleagues in the use of Quickbooks Online
Are you an experienced bookkeeper?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you!
The successful candidate must be fully trained in Quickbooks Online and have a good working knowledge of Sage and Excel. Payroll experience would be advantageous.
The working hours for this role will be part-time over five days, there is flexibility regarding hours.
