We’re looking for a Programme Officer to join our development team in Portsmouth or Basingstoke. This role is a full time, permanent position, working 37 hours per week.
As programme officer, you’ll assist in the delivery of our development programme. You’ll carry out a range of duties, including managing new homes & grant programme reports, checking/submitting grant funding claims and new home benchmarking submissions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the new homes grant programme is delivered on time and within budget; escalating any budget or performance variations appropriately to keep the programmes running smoothly.
You’ll need excellent attention to detail and be completely confident using a variety of programmes, including word, excel & outlook. An understanding of programme management techniques would make you a strong candidate. You’ll also have experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
