We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our team.

Duties Include:
•Answering Calls, taking accurate messages, redirecting accordingly opening and distributing post.
•Accepting delivers and greeting visitors to the office/retail counter.
•Dealing with customer transactions over the phone and at retail counter.
•Managing company phones and company fleet.
•Basic PA duties to Senior Management.
•Processing office invoices/credit notes, entering in to sage and filing.
•General day to day administrative tasks, i.e. office orders, keeping office/retail counter areas presentable.
•Collating monthly supplier statements.
•Filing scanning and photocopying.
•Travel bookings.
•Organise training and updating the training matrix.
•Maintain petty cash float.
•Completing supplier application and subcontractor questionnaire forms.
•Social Media and website upkeep, i.e. Gathering information and liaising with designers.
•Organising company events/ client entertainment.
•Basic HR Duties, i.e. collating new starter information, processing expenses, holiday request forms and filing all sensitive information in accordance with GDPR.
•Supporting accounts department when required.
•Ad Hoc Duties.

Key Requirements:
•High level of accuracy
•Professional telephone manner and excellent communications skills
•Computer Literate, specifically MS Excel and Outlook
•Ability to work using your own initiative
•Team Focused
•Sage is preferable but not essential

Experience in a similar role is preferable although not essential.
This is a very demanding and busy role.
