This role requires a presentable, highly motivated and goal orientated individual with a proven good track record for attracting and retaining business, and the ability to not only negotiate contracts but manage their accounts after closing deals.
You will need to be an excellent communicator both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail and follow through, coupled with competent IT skills in the Microsoft suite; training on the Company’s bespoke IT system will be given. Although this is a field-based role, it is essential that you can work alongside the Head Office team.
Your primary role is to sell/lease/manage fleets of golf cars along with practical utility vehicles, to Golf Clubs, hospitality, holiday/caravan parks and other leisure industries. There are also many new markets Golf Car UK wishes to expand into so the limit will only be your drive, enthusiasm and ability. There is a strong pipeline of existing business already in place, however the role will require on-going new business generation and account management across the Midlands and South West.
A proven interest in Golf, either playing, already working in or selling into, would be beneficial, but not a prerequisite as full product training will be provided.
