About you
We are seeking a confident self-starter to work as a Marketing Administrator. You will work closely with our team on a variety of marketing projects and provide support and daily administration tasks. You must have great organisational skills, and a desire to learn about marketing activities, and the various technologies to deliver results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support marketing executives in organising various projects
- Manage and update the CRM database
- Administration of the office: processing invoices for payments and dealing with suppliers
- Conduct market research and analysis of competitors
- Prepare promotional assets and client presentations for sales team
- Assist in administration support of organising events, digital marketing campaigns, and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Compose social media posts on company Twitter, LinkedIn accounts

Job Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Educated to degree level
- Must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
- Have the ability to work under pressure and time constraints
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can do attitude with problem solving skills and ability to manage own workload
- Confident in engaging with colleagues and clients
- Strong team player who can adapt to changing priorities, requirements and juggle multiple tasks
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word – and preferably CRM experience
- A creative flair for design of marketing materials such as newsletters, posters, banners etc would be advantageous
