We’re looking for a strong HR manager (projects & metrics), focusing on project management, data analysis, HR policies/procedures and employee rewards & benefits. There’s plenty of interesting tasks to sink your teeth into.
With your strong attention to detail and expert database skills, you’ll manage, analyse and present data and management information for the ‘people’ team. Through thorough analysis, you’ll compile data and use it to improve recruitment and development processes. Ultimately leading to improving staff & customer experiences as well as business outcomes.
You’ll be the owner of the HR project plan, working with members of the HR team to roll out initiatives on time. And making sure you keep the team updated with progress and timescales for delivery. You’ll also design & develop improvements to our people strategies to make us an ‘employer of choice’.

To excel in this role, you’ll be data savvy with experience in data management & analysis (and be able to use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level). Also, you’ll be experienced in identifying & delivering service improvements. You’ll be highly driven and self-motivated, working using your own initiative to originate action and see your work through to completion. A good understanding of project management and HR processes will give you the upper hand.
