The ability to flex hours to see shift worker when the occasion arises.
The ability to recruit, interview staff, conduct and monitor induction programme.
Able to write and deliver internal training, research and book external courses.
Initiate, design and implement personnel procedures.
Working knowledge of GDPR.
Process sickness and holidays.
Strong attention to detail, able to work to tight deadlines, confident with verbal and written communications.
Use of Microsoft office, excel and word.
Able to take minutes at meetings.
Knowledge of Sage payroll, statutory payments and PAYE year end.
Employment Law knowledge.
Experience of the transport industry and legislation.

Part time flexible hours 15 per week over 3 days.
