Providing an efficient ‘right first time’ repairs and maintenance services to our properties is one of our top priorities.
We’re recruiting for a grounds maintenance operative, and 2 grounds maintenance team leaders! The roles are based in Portsmouth on a full time, permanent basis, working 39 hours per week. Whilst we’ll try to keep you local, there’ll be times where you’ll be expected to travel to and work from our other sites across Hampshire. You’ll either have use of a company van for this travel, or you’ll buddy up with another operative.
You’ll carry out a high standard of grounds maintenance works. This’ll include grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, weed control, leaf clearance and low-level tree work to communal land on allocated sites. As a team leader, you’ll complete daily work records for your sites and allocate works to your team.
You’ll need a full current driving licence to be able to drive one of our vans when needed. You’ll be knowledgeable and experienced in commercial grounds maintenance work and the equipment, machines and materials that will be used in this line of work.
