We are growing rapidly and are looking for ambitious Field Sales Executives with one or more years' experience to join our sales team. If you hit your sales targets, you will get the chance to join our Enterprise Field Sales team and sell to the largest companies in the world.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have field sales experience within a B2B environment. Ideally you will have at least two years’ experience within an IT service industry selling support services.
You will be expected to generate your own sales opportunities using LinkedIn, Salesforce, Gartner, Google and other sources. Whilst travel is a significant part of the role, you would rarely be expected to stay away from home.
You will have had great success in winning new business via complex solution selling within the service industry. You will be able to demonstrate working to KPI’s and meeting and exceeding targets. You will need to provide evidence of hitting 80% of target in your current role.
We expect the successful candidates to be educated to A-level or beyond. Due to the nature of the job, you will need to drive.
You will love winning new business and building key relationships to offer customers beneficial solutions. You will have good listening skills, be engaging and enthusiastic. You will need to live within an hour of our offices in Thatcham, Berkshire.
It is important that you are self-motivated, resilient with a dynamic and proactive approach.

OTE £51,200+ uncapped
