Specific responsibilities:
- Primarily assigned to the Super Prime Team, however, providing expertise and assistance to the Private Client team as required
- Key role in account and relationship management for assigned key Super Prime clients to include lead communication role, and monthly reporting responsibilities
- Working with a team of 3 x existing Property Managers within Super Prime team
- Composition of, and management of implementation of PPM schedules for assigned key Super Prime clients
- Composition of, and management of implementation of Annual Budgets for assigned key Super Prime clients
- Assess and report to client on recommendations for mitigation of costs where possible
- Supported by the Super Prime team, lead Project Management of complex upgrade/remedial works as required, dealing with English Heritage & associated third parties (freeholders) as required
- Prepare and assess contractor tenders (for service contracts/reactive works/cyclical works) for assigned key Super Prime clients, providing considered recommendation to the client
- Management and progression of insurance claims as required
- Utilise technical knowledge to advise and undertake initial troubleshooting/assessment of reactive issues and advise client/Super Prime team as required as to next steps for progression
- Undertake cyclical contractor review of suppliers engaged at Super Prime properties and liaise with contractors to continually improve service
- Supervise both remotely and on site where required maintenance works and report back to client
- Assist the Super Prime team in preparing properties for client arrival
- Support Directors in management of TLMC Suppliers, including compliance, onboarding and contractor review
- Support Directors with preparing and presenting new business proposals as required
- Support Directors in identifying additional opportunities to generate additional revenue (e.g. increased service offerings/introducers income/opportunities to engage new clients)
- Support Directors in the undertaking of their duties as required
- Secondary (to 3rd party management handling service) responsibility for communication and management of emergency maintenance requests for allocated clients/properties outside of normal working hours as required (overtime is paid)
- Approve all contractor invoicing, and counter-check of client fund account statements, providing assistance to the accounts team as required
