Experienced Rehabilitation Support Workers required to work with a 44-year-old lady with an acquired brain injury and mental health illness 2:1 care in the Stourbridge area.
Our client is currently living in a care home in Daventry. She will be moving into independent living with a full care team based in the Stourbridge area close to her family.
You must have a minimum of two years’ experience of working with clients with a brain injury, challenging behaviour and or mental health issues to be considered for this role.
You need to be able to work flexibly to cover days, evenings, weekends and nights.
This position will require you to travel to Northampton to complete induction and training with the client. You will be paid for all travel and training. Flexibility is essential.
Night shifts will not commence until the client moves to Stourbridge.

- Minimum NVQ Level 3
- Must have a minimum of two years’ experience of working with client’s with Acquired Brain Injury, mental health and challenging behaviour.
- Must be flexible to cover days, evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to swim.
Working hours: Full or Part Time and relief posts available, days including weekends, Nights and sleep in shifts. Various hours available.
Rates of pay £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday (Rising to £15.00 per hour following probationary period), £16.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday (Rising to £17.00 per hour following probationary period)
All posts are subject to Enhanced DBS Disclosure. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
