We’re recruiting for a detail orientated data coordinator based in Portsmouth. This is a full time, permanent role working 37 hours per week.
As a data coordinator, you’ll help the business to maintain accurate data so that our systems can support our effective working practices. This’ll include:
* Creating, updating & re-categorising properties within set timeframes
* Working with business intelligence, business analysts & colleagues across the business to create, amend & circulate data quality monitoring & exceptions reports
* Reviewing & maintaining data dictionaries and RACI (responsible, accountable, consulted, informed) matrix for all data sets
* Promoting the importance of accurate data across the business; encouraging a consistent approach to data management & embedding a data awareness culture
You’ll have experience of data analysis & cleansing, along with excellent problem-solving skills. You’ll be highly computer literate, especially in the use of programmes such as Excel. You’ll have the ability to learn quickly, with minimal support & guidance. Time management and multi-tasking is key to this position, as is impeccable attention to detail & accuracy.
