We are currently recruiting for a part time Secretary to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- All General Admin, Opening post and organising.
- Creating accountants info for each month & sending to accountants.
- Project budgets outgoing & incoming from invoices - to calculate final job figures - Filed in job files.
- Opening of accounts with suppliers.
- Completing guarantee forms for each project.
- Hiring of equipment.
- Making sure all records are kept up to date - insurance - tax - vehicles - Construction line.
- Organising all company payments and giving to Robbie with pay by this date.
- Dealing with insurances.
- Register new workers with our accountants, checking tax brackets + vat registered.
- Lining up workers invoices to be paid, keeping all accurate records for the accountants.
- 0% Vat records.
- Keeping up to date H&S records of all lads certs + cscs cards etc.
- To create live job sheets with all information on, address's, contact tels, deliveries, valuation invoice dates.

Location - Broxted, Essex

Pay £12 p/h

Work - 20 hrs per week.
