Job Description
Are you a dependable, experienced Commis who wants to learn more and progress up the career ladder? Are you a Catering and Hospitality student looking for the opportunity to develop your skills in an award-winning fine-dining kitchen? You could be part of a small team learning from some of the best chefs in The Cotswolds.

We are looking for a chef to join us at our award-winning, owner-operated restaurant based in the heart of Cheltenham. This role will involve split shifts on a Friday and Saturday alongside some variable shifts Tuesday to Thursday with room to increase in the future.

It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious and always strives to take themselves to the next level.

You will be working alongside our award-winning Chef Patron, Gareth, as part of a small team in the kitchen, allowing you to add to your skills with direct one-on-one training. Gareth is a hands-on chef, always in the kitchen running a section and there to give all the support needed to the right candidate.

This role involves hard work and commitment and a willingness to undertake all tasks in the kitchen from cleaning, to prep, to plating up. You will need a friendly personality, definite ‘can do’ attitude and excellent attention to detail.
