We are currently recruiting for a Client Support Advisor to join our team.

Key areas of responsibility:
o Completion and review of client compliance work and support services
o Relationship management, liaising with clients
o Assisting the Client Manager, Client Account Manager and client team

Primary objectives:
o Ensuring the smooth running of the bookkeeping, VAT, CIS and related compliance and support services
o Working as part of the client team to deliver excellent service
o Liaising with clients to deal with queries and build strong working relationships

Specific responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth running of the bookkeeping, VAT, CIS and related compliance and support services
o Managing clients to ensure the correct information is received in an accurate and timely manner
o Completing client compliance and support work in an accurate and timely manner
o Reviewing client work completed by the team
o Liaising with clients to resolve queries
o Identifying and addressing process improvement opportunities between ESP and our clients

Relationship management
o Building strong working relationships with client base
o Providing accurate and timely responses to client queries and questions

Assisting the Client Manager and Client Account Manager
o Supporting client team in the answering of queries
o Assisting accountant and bookkeeping team members
o Identification of client opportunities

Requirements:
o Some experience & a basic understanding of bookkeeping and VAT processes
o IT literate, experience of Microsoft Excel essential
o Xero experience not essential but would be an advantage
o Passionate about supporting clients and making a difference to their business
o Highly personable
