An opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator to join our team based in Malmesbury. We are a busy, friendly team, who would welcome the opportunity to work with a new member of staff willing to contribute to the ongoing development of the services we provide.
The role is demanding and interesting and will require someone who is flexible and able to work under pressure to deal with a variety of tasks.
You will provide admin support throughout the business. This involves (but is not limited to):
- Providing back up support to the Sales team, following up with prospects to ensure they have received their quotations
- Booking on supplier invoices and telephoning suppliers to request missing invoices
- Purchasing office supplies
To be eligible for this post you will need to have a good general education and preferably NVQ Level 2/3 in business administration, or equivalent. Experience of the corporate gift industry would be advantageous.
