An opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator to join our team based in Malmesbury. We are a busy, friendly team, who would welcome the opportunity to work with a new member of staff willing to contribute to the on-going development of the services we provide.
The role is demanding and interesting and will require someone who is flexible and able to work under pressure to deal with a variety of tasks.
To be eligible for this post the applicant will need to have a good general education, preferably NVQ Level 2/3 in business administration, or equivalent as well as excellent IT skills.
You will provide admin support throughout the business. This involves (but is not limited to):
- Providing back up support to the Sales team, following up with prospects to ensure they have received their quotations
- Booking on supplier invoices and telephoning suppliers to request missing invoices
- Purchasing office supplies
Experience of the corporate gift industry would be advantageous.
