A little about us;

We are a CQC rated OUTSTANDING Complex Care Centre based in the heart of Purley and are currently recruiting excellent Activities Co-ordinators.

Our home is a 45-bed purpose-built centre providing specialist care to young adults with a range of complex conditions. These can range from neurological to spinal conditions.

A little about the role;

You will join a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, senior health care assistants and rehabilitation staff who work together to support young adults, ensuring their care is truly person centred. Activity Co-ordinators are a valued part of our team, as one you are required to assist qualified staff in providing the highest possible standard of care for residents. You will be required to organised social activities for residents and maintain a respectful, non-judgemental and caring attitude. We expect our staff to deliver the highest standard of care to our residents and we offer our staff a comprehensive and full training package, so previous experience in a similar role is desirable, however a committed and keen attitude is vital.

A little about the hours;

You will be expected to total 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. The hours are 10.00 to 17.00 or 11.00 to 18.00, some flexibility is required for evening events.
