Key Purposes of the role
This is an integral and varied role that requires the successful applicant to provide delivery support on several client projects. The successful applicant will work closely with the client and internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of each project. They will act as the ‘voice of the customer’ ensuring that the client needs are met. They will provide accurate and timely contact reporting and provide regular project status updates.

Account Manager Job Duties:
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships
• Ensure clients receive regular and consistent project updates
• Communicate and champion the client needs
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of each project
• Work with the Office Manager to ensure each project has a budget and is invoiced on time
• Work with and support the Sales Director to win new business
• Keep records of client requests and changes

Experience:
• 2 years agency experience working with multiple clients
• Experience of working in an agile environment

Skills:
• Good attention to detail
• Office 365 to a high standard
• Polite and courteous
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
